This gym is a complete fitness centre with a large selection of cardio and strength training equipment.
The 365 means we're open 365 days a year! 24 hours a day! Gym365 uses a key card system so members have unlimited access.
We've recently expanded to include a golf simulator so you can stay fit and get your game on! You don't need to be a gym member to book the golf simulator. Non-members are welcome.

Get accurate tracking of your ball speed, club speed, distance, and more. Use the on screen display to learn how to improve your game.
Play one of 5,000 golf courses - including the local courses: Lingan, Bell Bay, the Links, Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Links and more!
Pricing
Gym Monthly membership fee is $50 including HST.
Fall Fitness Promotion 2024 (Sept 1 - Nov 30 for $120 including HST)
The monthly membership includes use of the gym 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
* The Fall Fitness Promotion includes one FREE simulator booking. Book online.

Simulator Booking Fee is $30 per hour (includes up to 4 members per booking). You can book online and pay using etransfer (artwork@bellaliant.com) or pay in person.
Simulator is open 8am - 10pm.
